Bike Run Photos

The First Annual Battered Womens Shelter Bike Run was held November 6, 2004 and what a gorgeous day it turned out to be!! I'd like to thank all the bikers that came out to show their support for the Family Violence Center. I saw members from the local Harley Owners Group, Bikers Against Child Abuse, and at least two other groups.

We raised over $3,000.00 of which 100% goes to the women and children that flee from domestic violence each and every day here in greene county. I'd like to extend special thanks to Marilyn, Dena, Paul, LaShelle, Ken, Wanda and all the staff at the Family Violence center that worked very hard to make this work. Oh and a great big WELL DONE and THANK YOU to the owner and staff at Bumsteads in Ozark, the ride was perfect, and so was the hospitality.
